Smooth booking process via phone, got a great little car for the three days we had it (can't believe somebody whinged about it, it's not a race car nor is it supposed to be!) Credit card bond refunded quickly. Good service on pick up and return. 😊

Friendly staff! Car was clean when collected and in good condition. In fact, they're as good as a brand new car. We have a toddler with us and a child seat was also rented. They are really clean cos we are quite particular with the cleanliness of the child seat. Thank you for the pleasant service and product!!

Great car rental service. Was there 15 minutes before their official business hours, they still served us with grace. If possible, take their shuttle service from the Perth International Airport to their outlet as the taxi charges was around AUD35 as compared to their AUD5 per pax shuttle service.

I thoroughly enjoyed the car rental experience with No Birds - from the simplicity of the booking, the pickup and drop off - all super convenient and an easy process. I opted for the additional $5/day insurance waiver rather than the equivalent amount to pay for an additional driver. We enjoyed the 1 week hire so twice or was it 3 times, we extended the hire for 2 days at a time...even this was a simple phone call and the staff were always responding positively with their "can do" approach. Then an updated contract would be emailed to me. I would highly recommend and always make this company my go to rental place. Thankyou all so much and I LOVED the experience of driving the Toyota Hybrid...that too was worth the few additional/day $s.
